Brasseri Nansen at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel is an unpretentious restaurant. We like to offer a playful menu based on local raw materials. The tables are decorated creatively and we have a wide selection of beverages. Brasseri Nansen 2nd floor is our most exclusive chambre separeé. A polar bear standing on its hind legs guard the stairs leading to the table. Only the chef and the maître d’ are allowed access. The round table, which is elevated above the others, can only be booked by smaller groups: Minimum four and maximum ten people. The menu is compiled in conjunction with you as a guest. The chef’s aim is always to impress.
